Special skills/Powers/Abilities; Dean, like all other hunters, learned everything he knows about hunting. He picked up a lot from his father, and was taught by his father. Dean is very good at aiming and shooting all kinds of guns whether loaded with silver bullets, rock salt or anything else. He is good at lock-picking and is capable of breaking into houses and buildings whenever he needs to. He's also very good at protecting himself, his brother, and anyone else they have with them when they're on a hunt. He may not be the best at it, but damn it if he doesn't try his best. He is also very well-build and physically fit so that is also a positive on his side when he's on a hunt. He has a little more skill than most hunters, however he has a sort of a weakness when it comes to researching things he hunts. That's why he likes to be in contact with Bobby if he doesn't have Sam around.
Style preference;
Dean is a very handsome and stunning man. He has hazel, almond-shaped eyes and golden-brown hair that looks blond when exposed to sunlight. He is tan and has a tall, muscular form. He has a few scars on his body, all from fighting. He has a burn-like mark on his left shoulder from when Castiel pulled him out of hell. Dean usually wears boots, jeans and a t-shirt with another button-up shirt on top of it—usually leaving it unbuttoned. He has a pendant that his brother gave him when they were young—he’s always wearing it. He also loves his leather jacket that was passed down to him from his father, and he wears a ring and a leather-like bracelet.

History; Dean was born in Kansas to a loving mother, Mary Winchester, and a caring father, John Winchester. When Dean was around four years old, his younger brother—Sam—was born. They were a happy family for about six months until the demon came for Sammy. The yellow-eyed demon, as he was called. He killed Dean's mother, and bled into Sam’s blood, thus leaving him with something he’ll be haunted by forever. John gave Sam to Dean and told him to go outside, and that was what Dean did. John tried saving his wife, but he couldn’t because the house was starting to burn and he would have died there too. John had wanted to die then, seeing his wife die, but he knew he had to take care of his kids, and so he went outside and got his kids. They lived together after that, taking care of one-another. John became a hunter after Mary’s death because he wanted to get revenge from the thing that killed her, so he never had time to actually take care of his kids. He sent them on the bus to school, and they came back on it after school. Dean was the one who took care of Sammy, and of his father when he came back home. They lived their whole life in motels, moving from one to another. They stayed with their nanny sometimes, but not always. Basically, their entire life was on the road, and moving from place to place.
Dean went shooting with his dad for the first time when he was around 6 years old. He got a bulls-eye on every shot, and his dad was very proud of him. His dad taught him how to hunt, and they started hunting together occasionally. Dean took care of Sammy and his father, until they grew up and where able to take care of themselves—but even then, he never stopped worrying. Despite their moving around all the time, Sam was an A student, and he kept up with his studies all the time. Dean wasn't too bad, but he concentrated more on his family and, well, women. When Sammy graduated, he moved to California after having a fight with his father. There, he was introduced to a girl named Jessica, and he fell in love with her, as did she. He lived there for about 2 years with Jessica, and he was even planning on proposing to her. Two days before his big interview at Stanford Law School, Dean paid him a visit, asking him to come with him to find their dad who’d been on a hunting trip for a little too long. The two boys set out to find their dad together. They were gone for 2 days when Sammy asked Dean to take him back home. He went back to get ready for his meeting, when he saw Jessica on the ceiling, dripping blood. The house burned to flames that day, and Jess died, exactly the same way Mary had. Sam was furious with the demon for killing his girlfriend, and so he set off with Dean to find their dad so he could help them hunt yellow-eyes.
Sam, Dean, and John searched everywhere for the demon, but one day after a hunt, they ended up getting into a tragic car accident. Dean was knocked unconscious, and the doctors said there was a great possibility that he wouldn’t make it through. John summoned the yellow-eyed-demon and made a deal with him for his soul and the colt in exchange for Dean’s. John only had a few minutes to talk to Dean, and then he died. Sam and Dean continued after him, working hunts and doing their best to protect each other. As time passed, Sam began having premonitions of people dying. Dean tried to help him, but one day, Sam disappeared and right when Dean and Bobby found him, he was killed by another special child like himself. Dean didn’t know what to do, and so went to a cross-roads demon and sold his soul for Sam. He had one year to live, and he took the deal. Dean and Sam killed yellow-eyes the day after, and then they set off to find the demon that holds Dean’s contract. They looked everywhere for it, and then, finally, Bella told them who the demon was. Her name was Lilith. The two brothers finally found Lilith on Dean’s last day, but that didn’t go too well. Dean died that night, and went to hell.
Four months later, Dean climbed out of his grave and walked to Bobby’s place. Bobby was going to kill him, but then Dean proved that it was actually him. He went to find Sam, but he was very confused when Sam said that he hadn’t made a deal to save Dean. He and Bobby summoned the thing that pulled him out, and that was when Dean met Castiel. He proved to Dean that there were actually Angels, and that they had a huge plan for Sam and Dean. They learned a lot in that short year. They found out they had a brother—Adam, and. The Angels also told him that Dean was actually Michael’s vessel, and Sam was Lucifer’s vessel, and they were meant to fight each other and one of them would have to kill the other. Dean and Sam refused to do so. Even after Dean realized Sam was drinking Demon blood and he could now kill a demon with his mind, he still refused to kill his own brother. In the end, however, after working so hard, Sam convinced Dean, Bobby and Castiel that he could say ‘yes’ to Lucifer, and then drag him into the hole himself. They argued about it for a long time, but then Sam did it. After a fight with Lucifer and Dean, Sam regained control over his body, and jumped into the whole, taking Michael—who was in Adam’s body—down with him.
After the apocalypse, Dean tried everything he could to try and get Sam back, but whatever he did, he always failed. He moved in with Lisa and Ben and tried his best to start a new page. Even though he never forgot his brother, and he was still trying to find ways to get him back—he tried his best to live normally. A year after that incident, Sam came back to find Dean and protect him from a few Djinn. That was when he told him he’d been back the whole year and he was hunting with a few relatives—including their grandfather—Samuel. Dean was pissed at Sam, but he didn’t really say anything because he realized Sam was acting different.
Dean went with Sam then, to find out that Sam had been working—hunting—with relatives. He met cousins from his mom’s side, and his grandfather—Samuel—himself. Dean went back to hunting with Sam after that, and noticed that Sam had changed a lot. He asked Castiel to operate on Sam, and then figured out that Sam no longer had a soul. Dean went after one of the horsemen—death—after that, and made a deal with him. Dean was to wear the horseman’s ring for twenty-four hours, and the horseman would get Sam’s soul back. Dean did as he was asked, but screwed up the job, and when he met up with death again was surprised to see that he was still going to get Sam’s soul back.
Sam and Dean continued hunting together, after that for seven years. They had their ups and downs—like always, but nothing was worse than another apocalypse for them. Dean and Sam knew they weren’t the ones who started it this time, but it was Lucifer who wanted to fight Raphael. Dean and Sam tried to kill the evil that was let out after the second apocalypse, but it was too much for them to handle. They did what they could to help Gabriel fight Lucifer, but when he was captured, the boys were on their own. They only had Bobby and Castiel to help them and that wasn't much against Lucifer. Now as the boys try everything in their abilities to save the world...again.

~ - ~ - ~ - ~ - ~Dean sat in his car, parked in front of Bobby’s house, just staring at the front door. It was the beginning of hour 48, and Dean hadn’t even gotten any sleep yet. He wasn’t tired either way, and he was afraid of what he’d see in the darkness of his mind and behind his closed eyelids. He glanced at his watch, and then back at the door. It was 2:43 A.M. and the area was quiet, nothing by crickets chirping in the night. Bobby had told Dean he’d call him when Sam woke up, but he still hadn’t called. Dean had been out the whole time, driving all around. He went to Seattle Washington on the first night, and there met an Angel, Samael. The next night, he drove to Chicago and then finished up to Michigan. He had nothing better to do than to waste all his money on gas, and just think. Clear his head from his a thousand-and-one problems. Dean sighed and opened his car door, stepping out of his Impala. He grabbed his beer bottle on his way out and slammed the door shut.
Dean walked to the back of Bobby’s house, knowing he was probably asleep, and he didn’t want to wake him up. Although Bobby had a second floor to his house, he barely ever went up there. He claimed it was easier for him to live on the first floor, but Dean knew that wasn’t the issue. It reminded him of his wife, and he couldn’t take it, knowing that he was the one who wasted her. Dean walked up the step and opened the door to the house. He closed it behind him and stopped there for a second, taking a swing of his beer. That was all he had in his system since two nights ago, and that’s all he could get in there. He set his now-empty bottle on the counter on his way to the basement. “You’re back,” said a voice from behind him. He turned to see Bobby standing there with a glass in his hand, and his other in his pocket. He had his blue vest, jeans, t-shirt and cap on, as usual.
Dean wasn’t in the mood of talking to anyone then, so he just turned and walked down the stairs to the basement where Sam was staying. He knew Bobby tried his best, and he appreciated it a lot, but he didn’t want to make him angry by slipping with words he didn’t mean. He opened the door to Bobby’s panic room and stepped inside, closing the door behind him. Sam was lying still in his bed, exactly the same way he’d left him two days ago. Dean pulled up a chair and sat on the other side of Sam’s bed. He looked down at the devil’s trap drawn under his feet. “I’m sorry, Sammy,” He said, looking back up at his brother’s still form as tears filled his eyes. “I just keep screwing up, don’t I?” He said, breathing out a small chuckle of defeat.
Dean stopped, feeling a hot tear spill over his cheek. He wiped it away and sat there, his head bent over his joined hands. Dean still felt like he had so much more to say, but he couldn’t find the words. He didn’t know how to explain to Sam what was going on, even if Sam wasn’t even listening to him. He just sat there, thinking about all the times he’d tried to save Sam…all the times he’d failed to do so. He’d been so furious with him for so long…especially those days when he’d separated from Sam. That all changed after Zachariah zapped him into the future. He looked so…cold. He’d looked even deader than he already was. He knew, then, that it was Sam who kept him alive. It was Sam who made him want to go one; he made him feel like he had a purpose in life. The things he saw when he looked into his brother’s eyes…that was why he lived. But now…what was he supposed to do?[/blockquote]
